The connected bike

Pedalling becomes the engine of the experience. Your guests climb onto the bike and trigger the effects themselves: a light show that builds with their cadence, or a water jet that surges in time with their effort.

Light show mode — a participatory light show, ideal indoors as well as outdoors.

Water jet mode — a spectacular water effect, for summer events or open-air settings.

A playful, photogenic and fully participatory attraction, perfect for keeping a drinks reception, a team-building day or a stand activation flowing. Your guests leave with a story to tell — and something to post on their feed.

Connected karting after dark

In partnership with CrashKart, whose on-board technology we designed and developed, Chronix offers a night-time karting experience where every kart becomes a lighting and sound performer in the show.

On-board sensors, programmable LEDs, effects synchronised to the driving: every lap turns into a living stage. A rare, highly spectacular attraction that instantly lifts a corporate evening or a prestige event.

Event lighting scenography

You have a venue — we turn it into a world. Chronix designs and installs bespoke lighting scenographies drawn from a catalogue of elements developed in-house:

LED tubes — to structure a space, draw perspectives, animate a ceiling or a walkway

Luminous flowers — to create a poetic signature of light and foliage

Light tunnel — to turn a corridor, an entrance or a pathway into a rite of passage

Luminous geometries — to dress a wall, structure a stage or create a photogenic focal point

Each of these elements is modular, transportable and combinable: we tailor the composition to your venue, your visual identity and your storyline.

Turnkey sound & light show

For your company evenings, opening ceremonies or public events, Chronix produces complete sound & light shows, calibrated to run on a loop for the whole duration of your event.

Adjustable running time: from 8 to 25 minutes depending on your programme

Loop mode: your event runs continuously, your guests move around at their own pace

Fully bespoke: storyline, music, effects — conceived for your venue and your message

Turnkey: design, production, installation, operation, get-out

Immersive trails, hyper-interactivity
and pyrotechnics for your seasons

Do you run a theme park, a leisure park, a museum or a heritage site? Do you stage a seasonal event every year that has to feel new each time? Chronix works with you to design immersive, interactive trails that turn a visit into an experience, extend dwell time and get people talking.

Our approach: a carefully judged marriage of cutting-edge engineering (sensors, mechanisms, sound, light) and storytelling, so that the technology disappears behind the emotion.

Immersive night-time trails

From the entrance tunnel to the scripted finale, we design trails conceived as narratives: sequences of scenes, shifts of rhythm, carefully calibrated surprises, emotional breathing space.

Our catalogue of lighting elements developed in-house (LED tubes, luminous flowers, luminous geometries, tunnels) provides the raw material. We compose with them and synchronise them to an event soundtrack, for variations in intensity, colour and sequence in time with the music.

Ideal for: night-time monument visits, heritage trails, festive season events, seasonal trails.

Hyper-interactivity and augmented actions

Hyper-interactivity is our signature. Where conventional interactivity settles for a soundtrack that addresses the audience, we design installations that react in real time to a visitor's gesture, movement or action: lighting triggers, synchronised sound effects, pneumatic mechanisms, video animations.

The result: the gesture itself is directly augmented. The technology feels so natural that the audience never notices it — which is precisely the point.

Ideal for: adventure trails, outdoor escape games, interactive exhibitions, Halloween events, educational installations in museums.

Special effects and scripted pyrotechnics

For the highlights of your programme, Chronix produces special effects and scripted pyrotechnics: synchronised firing, water effects, stage haze, confetti cannons (including water-soluble confetti, which dissolves instantly in water and leaves virtually no trace).

Every effect is scripted, synchronised to your storytelling and operated by our team on site to guarantee safety and quality of execution.

Ideal for: daily shows, season finales, anniversary events, live performances.

R&D and bespoke design

Have you got an idea that is not in any catalogue? An installation specific to your site, your history or your world? Chronix has a team of engineers and technicians who develop in-house:

Scripted pneumatic mechanisms for theatrical effects

Lighting design, scenography and entertainment
for your private events

Are you planning a wedding, a milestone birthday, a family celebration or a private event where you want to give your guests something they will remember?

The connected bike — your guests pedal and trigger a spectacular light show or water jet (playful, photogenic, perfect for a drinks reception)

Our method

How it works?

A straightforward four-step journey, from the first conversation to running the show on site.

First conversation

You get in touch. We come back to you within 48 working hours to understand your project, your venue, your date, your audience, your intention.

02

Study and proposal

We design the installation and send you a detailed quote. The timescale depends on the scale: a few days for a clearly defined job, longer if the study involves bespoke work and several partners.

03

Production

The core — electronics, software, mechanisms — is designed and developed in our Saint-Quentin workshop; specialist partner craftspeople are coordinated by the same team. You always know where your project stands.

04

Installation and operation

Our teams come on site for the rigging and calibration, and stay on hand throughout the event. Get-out and return to the workshop included.
