Video mapping makes people dream. This technology has the power to transform a piece of architecture from top to bottom in a matter of seconds, and to carry an audience into a story in total immersion.
Before doing anything else, we set out to understand the theme being addressed and the building we will be working on. Those two things determine what the architecture makes possible for the subject at hand: the idea is not to use the façade as a simple screen.
From that intent comes a narrative thread, a storyboard, broken down into scenes. Our video artists and motion designers then bring it to life — image, texture, rhythm — in keeping with the architecture, and with your brand or your local area.
Finally, we choose the music, record the voice-overs, and we are ready to deliver the show!

After a short technical study used to draw up the commercial proposal, we carry out a very detailed case study to select the right equipment for the video, and for the audio.
We define the installation conditions with you: power supply points, cable runs, start-up and switch-off times, and so on.
On site, we install the minimum equipment the day before, we carry out the settings overnight, and the first projections can start the following day.
The town of Levallois-Perret regularly entrusts us with the creation and installation of its Christmas mapping. We produce the storyboard and the graphic design work with Christophe MARLARD, and we run the show throughout the scheduled period, which can change from one year to the next.

In Saint-Quentin (02), the town where our workshop is based, we dressed the heritage buildings of the town centre in a Christmas narrative of light to accompany the festive illuminations.
Writing, motion design and façade warping: the same chain as on our large-scale formats, here in the service of a winter fairytale — filmed in 4K.
Christmas mapping, town festival, the opening of a new facility, a town's anniversary. A 5 to 25 minute format running on a loop, usable for several weeks, low-energy, and designed for public space.
Projects: Levallois-Perret, Meaux, Saint-Maur-des-Fossés.A product launch at the head office, a company anniversary, a corporate evening, a media operation. A short, intense format (3 to 8 minutes) with a scenario aligned with your image — the "wow" effect that stays with your audiences.
Typical cases: head offices, industrial sites, brand events.Mapping on an abbey, a château or a listed façade. An approach that respects the stone (controlled light levels, content inspired by the history of the place), coordinated with the Bâtiments de France heritage authorities whenever required.
Project: Abbaye de l'Épau, heritage sites. For a large-format institutional mapping (a façade several dozen metres wide, writing broken down into scenes, several weeks of operation): allow 6 to 8 months between signature and the opening night. For a shorter, one-off corporate mapping, 3 to 4 months is comfortable. Below that it is still possible, with compromises on the writing.
Far too variable for a single figure: everything depends on the size of the façade, the length of the run, the number of scenes and the complexity of the scenario. A corporate spot mapping can start at a few thousand euros; a large-scale institutional project runs into tens of thousands. Tell us about your project and we will come back to you within two working days to discuss it.
We do. The writing, motion design, animation and sound mixing are all directed by Chronix, working with our video artists — it is our core craft, not an anonymous creation handed off at the far end of the chain. You can also supply your own brand assets (logo, guidelines), which we weave into the narrative.
Yes. Our workshop is in Saint-Quentin (02), in northern France, and we work regularly throughout France, and occasionally abroad. Travel is included in the quotation, depending on distance and the length of the run.
Our outdoor installations stand up to normal weather (rain, moderate wind). In the event of severe weather (storms, strong wind), the team on site triggers a make-safe protocol; operation can be suspended and then resumed. On long projects, the installation is designed to hold up for several weeks outdoors.
Yes, it is a significant part of our business: technical and creative subcontracting for event agencies, audiovisual suppliers and integrators. As a matter of professional ethics, we do not target the same end clients as our agency partners.
Tell us about the place, the date and the intent. Our team will get back to you within two working days with an initial response, with no obligation.
